| The use of the conference bridge is free. The only
charges you will incur are your normal long distance rates. Long
distance or prepaid calling cards may be used. We do offer 800 numbers
at a low cost. |

| Why would I want to buy an 800
service when I can call for free? |
| By having an 800 number the cost of long distance
fees is eliminated for your guests or clients. Our 800 service also
includes web based control for your conferences. Many people have
found that our low per minute rate to be even cheaper than the rate
they currently pay for regular long distance calls. |

| How many people can conference
together at one time? |
| 250 callers is currently the maximum allowed per conference. |

| Is there a time limit for
the length of our conference calls? |
| No, there is no time limit and there is no limit to
the times you can use it per month. |

| Can participants access
the conference from outside the country? |
| Yes, but there will be international long distance
charges if you are outside the United States. |

| Can callers enter the conference
at any time? |
| Yes, participants can enter and leave at any time
with the dial-in number and Conference ID. |

weekly, or monthly conferences? |
| Yes, the dial-in number and Conference ID will be

| How quickly can I be conferencing? |
| As quickly as you can inform your participants of
the date, time, dial-in number and Conference ID, you can be conferencing. |

Will they be sold or made available to others? |

| It requires a certain amount of guaranteed minutes used per month to make it financially feasible. It can be a desirable feature for larger corporations. If you wish to have a personal greeting recorded, contact us. |

| How do I stop entry and exit tones? |
Non-web moderators (phone only) will need to call into the conference bridge, enter extended menu options when prompted, by pressing “2.” Press “2” for Roll Call Options, then you will be prompted to press “2 for ON or “3” for OFF.
Web users will need to enter their web dashboard by logging in and clicking on “Go to Conference Call Dashboard.” Click on “Profile, followed by Edit Profile. Once on the Edit Profile page, click on the “Edit” box beside the Extended Menu Options. Find “Entry/Exit Tones Setting” and click on the dot that says “Entry Tone Off/ Exit Tone Off. |

| How do I turn off participant count? |
For non-web users (phone only) the participant count is preset at "Announce Participant Count to All."
For moderators with web control—login to web dashboard and enter "Edit Extended Menu Options." Find "Participant Count on Entry" and change to "Do not play count of participants at join" or "Announce participant count only to moderator." |

| How do I "save" the changes I make on the "Edit Extended Menu" page on my web dashboard? |
| Click on "Reset," make changes, click "Continue," and then "Update" on the profile page, this will save your new settings. |
